Deliverable Scope
Every AI optimization package includes complete optimization across all 6 AI platforms: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. We guarantee that all deliverables outlined in your project scope — schema architecture, content restructuring, entity signals, AI bot access configuration, and knowledge graph work — will be completed as agreed.
Completeness Criteria
Deliverable completeness is verified through a comprehensive delivery report showing before/after status across all 6 platforms, validated schema markup, confirmed AI bot access, and entity signal implementation. The client reviews and approves all changes before they go live.
Remedy
This is not a money-back guarantee. If any deliverable outlined in the project scope is not completed, we perform the remaining work at no additional cost. If a platform-specific optimization cannot be completed due to platform limitations beyond our control, we document the limitation and provide an alternative approach or credit for that component. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of project delivery.
